How does Intake work?+
Intake is an extension panel that runs inside Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Paste a URL from a supported platform, and Intake downloads the media file and imports it directly into your project. No switching apps, no dragging files.
What platforms are supported?+
YouTube, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Vimeo, Kick, Google Drive, and Dropbox. This includes regular videos, Shorts, Reels, Stories, and live streams.
Can I use the free tier?+
Yes. The free tier gives you 5 downloads per day at up to 1080p. Enter your email on the pricing page to get a free license key instantly.
Does it work on Mac?+
Currently Intake is Windows only. Mac support is on our roadmap.
What Adobe versions are supported?+
Premiere Pro 2023 (v23.0) and later, and After Effects 2023 (v23.0) and later.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes, cancel anytime from your account page. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
How many devices can I use?+
Free supports 1 device, Pro supports 2, and Studio supports 3. You can deactivate a device from your account page to free up a slot.
What’s the difference between Pro and Studio?+
Pro gives you 50 downloads/day, 4K, and the full editing toolkit including auto-import, timestamp clipping, and timeline integration. Studio adds unlimited downloads, 8K, batch downloads, live stream clipping, and a third device.
